STARTED IN 1989 AND WAS GOING BY RC ENTERPRISES. I HAD 4000 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE AT THE MIDTOWN MALL IN SANFORD, MAINE. AT THE TIME I WAS SELLING ALOT OF BUILDING MATERAILS AND SOME OFFICE FURNITURE. I RENT THE SPACE FOR 10 YEARS AND HAD ALOT OF STORAGE UNITS. IN 2000 I MOVED INTO THE MILL ON RIVER STREET, IN SANFORD. I RENTED 30,000 SQUARE FEET. I USED HALF FOR STORAGE AND THE OTHER HALF FOR SHOWROOM. WHEN I MOVED, I GOT INCORPARATED AND CHANGED THE NAME TO SURPLUS BUSINESS ASSETS AND BY THAT TIME I WAS JUST SELLING ALOT OF BUSINESS RELATED ITEMS. I WAS AT THIS LOCATION FOR 4 YEARS. THE LANDLORD KEPT GOING UP ON THE RENT AND NEVER FIXED ANYTHING. IN 2004 THE MILL AT THE CORNER WENT UP FOR SALE AND I DECIDED TO TRY TO BUY IT. THE SALE WENT THROUGH WITH THE OWNER FINANCING PART OF THE LOAN. WE MOVED IN TO THE NEW 110,000 SQUARE FOOT MILL AND HAVE BEEN THERE EVER SINCE.

ALL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT IS CLEANED, POWERWASHED IF NEEDED. PARTS ORDERED, CHECKED OUT, ECT. WAREHOUSE EQUIPMENT AND OTHER BUSINESS EQUIPMENT IS CLEANED AND CHECK OUT, TO SEE IF IT IS WORKING PROPERLY.
OUR SHOWROOM IS ABOUT 30,000 SQUARE FEET. OUR BUILDING IS ABOUT 110,000 SQUARE FEET. FIRST FLOOR IS OUR SHOWROOM. MOST EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND READY FOR SALE. PRICES ARE ON ALL ITEMS.
